Facilitation Services
Participatory Facilitation encourages engagement and allows equity to emerge. When people feel safe to disclose their ideas or concerns, the whole team/organization benefits. All voices are needed to wade through the messy middle of decision making and reach resolution.
As a facilitator, my role is to highlight patterns, analyze obstacles, and equip the team with any research or broader perspective that may be necessary to move beyond a sticking point. I help folks check their bias at the door and keep an open mind.

Community Changemaking
Being in community takes effort and consistency. Showing up even when things are unclear or staying on track when your friends gather can all be challenges to seeing your vision for the future come to life.
As an organizer and changemaker it is my role to be part of the structure that endures and adapts as the group and goals shift.
